General Rules

• You can retrade, regift, resell. But please let me know who is new owner if the new owner is outside of TH.
• Do not delete characters from Toyhouse.
• Don’t resell with the higher price than you bought.
• You cannot use my design for commercial purposes. If you want to use for that, please message me. You may pay more.
• Please don’t use my design for hateful content such as queerphobic and misogyny.
• If there are other special ToS on specific oc, they are follow those rules. (Like Freebies)

For Design Shelter Rules

• You can regift. But it must be not for currency or raffle event. It must be GIFT. (likes FCFS method)
• You can retrade.
• You can not resale for any reason. There are included virtual currency like DA Points. If you want to resale, there would be charged extra fee by how much do you want to sell.

For Freebie rules (They have different rules than other!)

• You can use it for non-commercial use. Can’t use for commercial.
• You can regift. (BUT DO NOT RAFFLE, it should be just gift)
• Do not resale for any reasons.
• Do not retrade unless they have 5+ extra arts. -> This is included to donate for shelter.
