You can resell them for what you paid unless the characters worth has increased (Commissioned art, fursuits made, etc)
You may trade or gift the design
You may change things like gender, species, etc
You may make small changes from the original design, but do not make it unrecognizable from the original
If you buy a design of mine that is feral, you may make them anthro!(and vice versa)
You may not make copies of the design
