Jet was raised in a rather prestigious family that resides in the vampire realm. He had a lot of pressure on him to be the golden child, since his parents did not believe his siblings had much potential. He is not naturally a very intimidating or angry person, but centuries of slowly building resentment towards the people in his life definitely had an impact on him. Eventually, he meets a vampire called Blaire, and she convinces him to join her group. Most of the time they just steal stuff and be toxic. Jet absolutely hates her. Blaire decided to call him Neo after Jet quite bluntly told her what his name means. (It’s a rock) She was not very impressed.  
His most notable feature is his height and “jet black” hair.
