What is known:

-Chaotic hope has a chunky body being made of fur, feathers, scales and a bioluminescent hue going around from his neck until down to the hips where also the scales would end. The wings seem unique and different having petal like at the end with the same bioluminescent hue.
-They are grumpy by the looks but can be friendly and hyper even tho his face doesn't change into that most of the time, maybe unable because of the horn's position?
-They like to be around gardens with a lot of flowers, or around rivers swimming.
- A ability they have using is by making anything shake as they hit any part of the down, even in space someway as if shaking a fabric of itself.
