After many years of training, Cognen is able to fabricate a bomb out of pretty much anything, from bubble-levels of pain to a rocket launcher if given enough time and resources. He's also very skilled with machinery. The only downside of this is after fixing or creating something, he has a slight urge to blow it up. Thankfully, he's managed to find ways to calm that urge down...most of the times.
