Just in case its not clear, I do have a T.O.S

         if you fail to heed this you will be on the first offence tier. Mess up twice and you'll be permanently blacklisted.

1st offenders are allowed to trade my designs but never sell or bid on my adopts/designs from me or anyone else. First offence can be removed depending on severity.

2nd offenders lose all contact with me, and are not allowed to trade, sell, or bid on any design of mine. They also lose the right to commission me. I will not draw any art for them in any form.

•You may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid/original worth unless it comes with extra art you commissioned or drew yourself. Do not drastically inflate prices.

•Backing out of bids. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANT BUY. You have 24 hours to back out of a bid without consequence any more time will result in an offence if I am not paid. I have things I need to pay for such as food clothes and things for my pets. I can make exceptions if it's an emergency. (Just talk to me)

•Do not heavily reference my designs, you may color pick but do not fully copy. You can also take marking patterns as well. HOWEVER if the current owner is not comfortable with referencing RESPECT THAT. You personally will not be introuble with me. (just ask man). 

• You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character. You MUST credit me as the creator of the design.

• I allow co-owns. Just let me know beforehand.

• Turning my designs into NFTS will get you blocked and blacklisted so fast its not even funny

•You are free to make minor edits to the adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable. You may edit my adopt art if it's absolutely necessary (name, eye color, minor markings, gender etc) but please keep the original image stored on the  toyhouse profile.

• Do not detransition or lighten the skincolor my designs, many of my designs are poc and/or queer coded and I'd like to keep it that way.

• Don't turn my designs into closed species without asking. 

• You have permission to use my designs for commercial use or for fursuits as long as you credit me at least once. (I would also like to see once it's done ♡)

• DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGNS OFF OF TOYHOUSE! Do this and you'll be blacklisted and blocked, I like to keep track of my designs incase something goes wrong.

• You may use my designs for NSFW HOWEVER if you are a minor and you explicitly lewd  (sexual intercourse involved) my design, you will be blacklisted. That makes me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Artistic nudity is 100% okay. If you sell/trade a sexualized design of mine to a minor you will ALSO be blacklisted.

•  I will not tolerate harassment. You will receive a block and will be publically blacklisted from owning any of my designs

•Falsely Chargebacking.:/

If you trade/sell anyone on here a design that I've made, you'll be blacklisted too. NO EXCEPTIONS. DO NOT HARRASS ANYONE ON HERE. You can ask for an appeal if you're on here. If I dont give reasoning, DO NOT ASK.
