used for my profile! very cute :3
Being a starter coder it's a bit confusing trying to find specific stuff in code. Since you did it here I wanted to ask how or where in the code did you do for those "windows" to overlap like that?
They're positioned using the "position:absolute" tag, which overrides any positioning (alignment, padding/margins, being pushed aside by other elements etc) the space the div is in. the values for top and either left or right position the box in the space - in this case I specified a pixel distance from the top and side that put one box in the same area as the other - and then I think I also used the z-index tag to set the box in the front to some really high number so it'll always appear on top!
I love this code! Is there is a way to align it to the center of my profile though? I'm still keeping it regardless haha <33
The boxes wouldn't really be aligned very well, but you can put mx-auto in the div class tag of the first div in the code and it should center it, then you can position the smaller boxes accordingly!
Hi, I've been fiddling with it for a while but can't seem to center it at all, I did try putting mx-auto btw. Would it be possible for you to guide me through it more clearly or for you to upload a centered version?
I'd like the main box to be perfectly centered btw, not both the boxes as a whole if that makes sense
The original picture on deviantArt looks like it got taken down, but here's the original artist! This is a really lovely code by the way ;o;
