march is nostalgic and rebellious; his irrepressible personality and dynamic atmosphere is infectious, poisonous even, he attracts outcasts and makes businessmen nervous. lurks around his small town; local store owners aren't positive he exists with the only evidence being brief sightings and graffiti-ed walls and trains. still, the town would not be nearly as bright without him.
