Jackson Taa was a 35 year old farmer in a small rural town, after his assumed death this farm was abandoned, many ghost stories circulate round the community about the disrepaired homestead. one night local hooligans' hold a Halloween party, assuming they're alone.
His victims are found with pumpkins on their head, hung up like scarecrows, and left on their own lawns. he does NOT go out of his way to kill, and never targets children, if found on his property, he gives them a piece or two of candy and sends them on their way
hes dead so alot of his flesh is rotting right out of his body, so he stuffs himself with hay and sews himself together!
his last name, Taa, is the Swahili word for Light, Lantern, or flashlight. so his name is Jackson Lantern when translated :)
also the broom isnt his weapon hes just holding it for fun
