Overview
From the sand dunes there is said to be a masked figure who roams during the day, no words leaving their lips except to hiss a warning to keep your distance. Should you ignore this, they send their Febrica to lash out, before running off - rarely ever to be seen again. That is, of course, unless you happen to live in the area.
When she isn't running from strangers, the masked child will often be seen playing games with the younger children, or taking care of small chores around temples of Istus. Rumors say she's a fortune teller, though few have heard of her readings before. But maybe, just maybe, what she'll tell you will hold truth one day..
My name? It's Nobody - that's all I am, and all I'll ever be. And Gods above, I do not need some fawning Pey trailing after me continuously asking for it! Why don't you buzz off, before you end up getting hurt like everyone else, huh?

Norwein often keeps everything hidden under their cloak, and even wears their mask more often than the others in the group. If given the chance, she'll hide herself in other ways, too - behind other Dreamers, in the shadows, whatever they can do to to make themselves almost nonexistent. Other than that, she'll sometimes repeat words or phrases that other people say, like a parrot.
Norwein is not the greatest at communicating - whether that be her emotions, or just in general. Her words are always just too blunt, or she doesn't have the right expression, or she doesn't react accordingly - it's always something that she's doing wrong, and she doesn't know what it is. In her opinion, everyone else is just as confusing! It's not her fault they can't understand her!
Though rare, Norwein's show of affection is very fitting for who she is; she'll quietly sit beside or near those she holds dear, often doing her own little activity. However, her tail will lay limp closest to them, or sometimes even loop around a limb or article of clothing (such as a scarf) to show the other person that she's comfortable with them.

Skills & abilities
Febrica
Febrica is the innate magic within Norwein since birth; however, her grasp on controlling it is lackluster, and compared to her peers, the most she can do is extend her scarves or cloak out. The more advanced techniques, such as flight or control over larger quantities of fabric, are not available to her, no matter how much she practices.
Winds
One of the elemental magic types, the use of Winds is something that Norwein uses to their advantage in their home country. While it makes good use to cool down in hot weather, it's also great for stirring up the sand around them, and Norwein's greater mastery of it allows her to disorient any possible enemies.
Dragon Breath - Sand
Though it's not a magic she was born with, Norwein was instructed in the ways of using Dragon Breath by the Sun and the Moon, and thus was able to create her own form of it - sand. Though it does little in terms of an attack, her sand breath takes place when receiving - or sending - messages from the Gods.
Ahrima, alongside Nadir, were the first ones Norwein ever met at the beginning of this journey; they all knew who had sent them to meet together, and figured it would be best to travel close. As such, both of them were able to learn about her faster than the rest, and - apart from a few select people - they're the only ones she's trusted this much before. Their shared culture adds to their bond, as well.
Norwein and Ahrima often do activities together when there's downtime in their travels, and the three of them often hold onto each other in some way; even in dreams, she reaches out to Ahrima, in an attempt to help him wake up, even if she can't herself. He's become family to her - and she's not going to lose anymore family.
He's like an older brother to her; somehow, his presence can calm her down from a temper burst, and she doesn't know how he does it. Could it be because he's the first person who's offered to help her, without taking away the ways she helps herself? The way he assures her it's alright, even if she broke something again? The way he talks like her older sister?
Norwein doesn't know why she trusts in him so much; there's a seed of worry in her chest that it's only going to end in disaster, but she wants so desperately to be wrong about that for once. He's even taught her how to use different types of magic, and doesn't shy away during a spar - he treats her as an equal, and she's scared of it. She's scared of what she's foreseen.
Norwein does not like Mikael. She does not care if he is the king of the Astral Plane, or that he may be the son of the Raven Queen. The last thing she needed was another adult trying to coddle her for her fate, so gods help her, he better keep his thoughts to himself.
Of course, deep down, she knows he's only like this because of his own fate. None of them can help it; he didn't ask to be one of Divine, much as she didn't ask to be one of Fate. They unfortunately have to work together - and... there might just be some similarities between them, she figures. But it doesn't mean she'll like it.
Sylvie is one of the few people that managed to get past Norwein's mask - both literally and figuratively. The Pey kept showing up in her daily life, even when Norwein was traveling the world, to the point where she wondered what kind of trick Sylvie was trying to pull. After all, why would anybody want to keep running into her, if not for some prank? She should save herself the trouble, and stay out of Norwein's way!
.. But she didn't. And over time, Norwein began to wonder if maybe it wasn't for a prank after all - maybe... maybe she liked hanging around. Norwein even humored the idea that she wanted to be friends. Though, Sylvie did always say that she wanted to be... people shouldn't be lonely, anyhow. Maybe.. Maybe she could use a friend - one that doesn't have to save the world. One that she could save the world for.
