Stellan is grumpy and growly-- more likely to bite the hand that feeds him than anything else. almost never has a smile on his face and the very rare small one's only come about in the company of his closest friend and Valora.
His collar is normally always on and he is rarely ever seen with it off as it's made specifically to restrict him.
The glowing mark on his shoulders are a symbol of power-- it can be colored red, blue (pref), or a gradient between the two colors. You can also draw him without it, but it is most preferred that it's present.
