Merry

Once a girl lost at sea who sunk to the unfathomable depths of Challenger's Deep, now inhabited by a curious and quiet eel-like sea terror. Her demeanour is, oddly, the complete opposite of her namesake; Merry is withdrawn, quiet and gloomy.

Her ribbons are actually small ribbon eels, and move independently with their own sentience and capability for speech (two "heads" for the same sea terror).

Merry rarely speaks and is rather shy, often hiding her gaze beneath her bangs or playing with her ribbons. she is curious and fascinated with the natural world and man-made creations, and is often found just wandering around, occasionally bumping into people (in which case she is quick to flee if she senses hostility). she is almost never seen with her hair down, unless threatened, in which her hair ribbons will unfurl to defend herself.

It is unclear if the sea terror wishes to emulate the girls previous life, as there is some debacle about their miraculous reappearance since being deemed lost at sea. for now, they live a quiet and reclusive life...
