This World Isn't Enough

Ah, Wickwire. There’s not a lot to say about them, more than everything they ever were or everything they ever believed in is lost to time in their own mind. Their childhood is filled with moments and information they’d rather not have. Their teens are about the same, their upbringing had nothing to it but.. yearning. A yearning they didn’t understand, a calling to something they couldn’t comprehend, and dreams and nightmares full of technology they could not even begin to understand or recreate, and that wasn’t because of their limited resources, but the lack of what they needed in a world that didn’t care. So they never cared either.

People may say at some point they lost their mind. and they may have, that’s not a doubt, but what does it matter? to have a mind in general, if you can’t get it to do what you need it to do and create things beyond anybody’s imagination?? What's the point, then? waste of time, waste of space. They always looked for a way, a path, something that could make sense in a world that lost its own long ago.

They’re more than excited to step into the unknown, whatever it may bring their way, as long as they get to put their hands and mind on something different, something out of this world…
