- Species Info -

Fae are beings created by the wild magic on the now defunct dimension named " Dimentia ".  Born from the wild magic the worlds creator was using to create all matter of monsters when a human fell into a pit of wild magic.  One by one out emerged what appeared to be humans but with vibrant hair colors and the features of animals from all matter of creatures.

Fae are uniquely able to act as perfect channels for the different types of power, they mix Ki with the magic within their bodies to create an energy called Seethir.  allowing them to create protective auras around themselves that resemble their birth element , energy weapons , constructs or projectiles.  Fae are also able to easily harness and manipulate god's and god energy with the use of their eye's or other parts of their bodies as catalysts.  Becoming what the Angels of Xidin call "Deciders"

Throughout the generations Fae have taught themselves and others to use seethir in various other ways, they can detect other forms of energy or magic from miles away , hide their own energy and physically interact incorporeal objects or people.  

Less common place however is Fae's ability to similarly harness the various devil's of Xidin with the use of meticulously designed tattoo's.  Forcing the demon to give the user their abilities, but with one mistake on the tattoo's design, they can easily end up being possessed and losing their body to the devil.

- Personality -

Tsumiki usually acts very reserved and stoic to those she's attempting to protect.  Usually telling them to stand aside or run as she deals with the matter at hand.   Due to her previous experience of planetary destruction she cares very deeply for the people she's saving and tries to not let them get involved, no matter how strong they might be.  

To those she's comfortable around she opens up a little more.  She's puts herself before others and would often stay up for years training and fighting for the safety of all that was within her reach, even with such dedication to her cause she often feels out of place and burdened by her role as a ' decider ' and defending the preservation of Fae and other peoples history.

She is far from perfect however, and still hides behind a tough persona and subconsciously represses her trauma. Worried that if she moves away from it she won't be able to make the difficult choices when presented with the chance to save everything.

- ( Power's / Techniques / Weapons / Etc. ) -

Eye's Of The Decider - Tsumiki's eyes are inhabited by two gods, Discord and Harmony.  Bound to her service they provide her with divine energy , weapons and an un-aging body.  Discord providing Tsu's body with Divine energy and Chaos Saber, Harmony protects her mind, body and soul from harm , mind control , transfiguration, possession and allowing her to break out of or at least remain aware in effects like time stops or similar effects.  

Chaos Saber - A blade of pure energy granted to Tsu by Discord.  A short blade of pure divine energy that can slice through basically anything with ease, only starting to slow down when coming into contact with weapons or materials made or forged by divine beings.  It's destructive power can be increased further when it comes into contact with its users blood, acting like oil for a wildfire it causes the blade to become unstable and become capable of slicing through reality itself.

The Judicator - A pair of twin tonfa granted to Tsu by Harmony,  They have the ability to store kinetic force and release it again at a later point, be it from multiple weaker strikes or one big attack it will all add up into one bigger strike.  Harmony also allows Tsu to create a seemingly limitless amount of golden chains that she can use for a variety of other purposes like extending the range of her tonfa strikes or to latch onto things.

Inner Realm - Tsumiki can absorb gods and other beings into her mind and a space known as the inner realm.  Inside there is a vast open forest similar to the one she resides in but only those she's absorbed are there.   The absorbed people can also manifest their voices in her head and themselves back outside but Tsumiki has to break the bond if they wish to escape.

Daidenjin - Tsumiki has been trained in various martial arts since a very early age, usually favoring the Fae developed marital art "Daidenjin".  Focused on swift rushing blows, feints and counter attacks.  When it comes to hand to hand combat Tsumiki is a martial art's genius, however more often not this isn't very applicable with most foes she encounters due to them being massive eldritch creatures or something similar, forcing her to fall back on her raw power.

Chaos Drill - She holds Chaos Saber above her head and spins her body rapidly while blasting seethir out of her feet to propel her forward.  

Kinetic Cannon - She rears back and punches forward with her tonfa, releasing a translucent blast of kinetic energy.  It's effectiveness relative to how much kinetic energy she's absorbed.

Renkoha - One of Tsu's original techniques.  She creates a ball of energy and presses as much energy into it as she can handle and then unleashes it, sending a large beam that will cascade through anything in it's wake.  

Reisen Palm - She creates a small orb of Seethir that will detonate on contact with just about anything

Faith Breaker - A last resort technique, usually reserved for taking out enemies who are known to regenerate, or can reform if so much as singular spec remains.  She gathers all of the energy in her body into one last blast and lets it all loose, destroying everything in a large radius.  

Spirit Punisher - Using Harmony and Discord's energy she forms a small vibrant orb of divine energy, upon contact with whom ever it collides with and attacks their soul, not particularly useful on creatures with no soul for obvious reasons


- Backstory and General Lore -

( Disclaimer! Dimentia is an a world based on a RP with Flyingism from many MANY years ago and I'll update it with an embed if he ever posts about it)

Tsumiki Shinkō hails from the haven of the clouds, hidden in the tallest mountains in Dimentia, the rock formations shifting and changing to make the various cliff's unclimbable in order to protect it's inhabitants.  The Shinkō bloodline was one of the more notable bloodlines, in earlier years before the war that consumed their homeworld and even in the midst of the divine war.  They dedicated themselves to learn all that they could about worlds and cultures they could never have encountered without the help of Xidin's divine.   Now their reach has lowered significantly, focusing on preserving the culture of the once peaceful humans and their own.

Tsumiki was born as the only child of Akane and Jubei Shinkō.  Trained from an early age in martial arts and how to use seethir.  However early in her life there was a growing conflict of how to handle the ongoing war between the Fae and humans.  The Shinkō , Inui and Sōzō bloodlines at the forefront of the decision.  Eventually deciding the path of the war would be decided in a battle between the oldest child of both bloodlines, which Tsumiki had used to spend more time with Ayames brother Io.

During the tournament it was discovered that Atrim Inui had cursed Ayame's skin with the forbbiden Akuma no Kawa and their match was abrubtly cut short, and the inui bloodline was exiled much to Tsumiki's dismay, attempting to get her father and the haven to reconsider their decision to no avail.    Eventually taking it upon herself to sneak out of the haven at night whenever she had the chance and meet with Io and try to come up with a plan.

But with every new idea Io shot it down and tried to get her to see that there was no way the haven would forgive their father, nor would Ayame forgive Tsu for making her father take such measures.  But again and again, night after night she'd return to their same meeting spot at the bottom of the stairs and talk with him until the sun came up, eventually her feelings for the boy became known leading to Tsumiki rushing into her first kiss with the boy.

Unknown to her, Ayame had went looking for her brother and quickly interrupted the kiss with a large blast of magic that Tsu narrowly avoided.  

" How dare you show your face here?! You take my home away, and now your trying to take my brother away too?! You'll pay for everything you did! " Ayame shakily screamed out. her tattoo's beginning to glow and their fight was inevitable, before Tsumiki could even attempt to calm her down fists were already flying, the cliffs nearby shaking from the clashes of their attacks.

" Listen to me Ayame! I didn't want to get your family exiled... It's not my fault! " Tsumiki pleaded as she continued to dodge Ayame's ferocious attacks narrowly as exhaustion wracked her body, unable to keep up with Ayame's devil powers for long.

" Not your fault...?! NOT YOUR FAULT!? " Ayame yelled " You're the reason I'm even like this...! The spirits that I used to play alongside now run from me in fear... Those who I called my friends in there tossed me aside all because of something I can't possibly control, forced to give up my entire life just because he wanted to go to war! " She said launching another blast towards Tsu who narrowly dodged and landed face first on the ground.  The blast itself launching past her and blasting a hole in the cliffside, one that lead down into the lower paths of the mountain.

Ayame circled around the downed Tsumiki and stood in front of her " Maybe I should take something from you... After all, what more could they possibly take from me... " A sinister aura began to form as her brother sprinted towards the two

" Both of you get out of there now, the humans-! " A meaty thunk was all that heard as a spear landed dead center in his forehead, splattering his blood over the two... As Ayame wiped her brothers blood from her face, another spear found its mark in her back, impaling her all the way through, Tsumiki rushing to her feet in a panic and sprinting towards the haven, in hopes of being able to warn the haven in time.

Such things did not come to pass, the haven of the clouds was quickly overtaken and burnt to the ground.  The shrines to the goddesses of balance now lay in absolute ruin.  Only a handful of Fae escaped as Jubei and the few other warriors the mountain haven had to offer stayed behind to ensure their escape.  Hoever, Akane escaped with a very grievous wound.

In time what remained of the denizens of the mountain found shelter in the haven hidden within one of the many forests of Dimentia.  They were finally able to rest and properly mourn for all who had been lost to the sudden human invasion.  

Only a few weeks after arriving at the haven in the dead of night, Akane had finally succumb to their wound and went away peacefully in the night with her daughter by her side, leaving Tsumiki alone... With no family , no friends and no home.

 Tsu did her best to carry on with her life, as well as her families duty and legacy.  But she was unable to shake the feeling of dissonance between her and the people of the forest haven, unable to shake the feeling that she would never belong among her people ever again.

Two years later on a cold and snowy night as Tsu was sitting in front of her makeshift Harmony and Discord shrine, paying her respects to what she believed to be her fallen goddesses.

" Tsumiki Shinkō. " A soft voice spoke from within the young fae's mind

" G-Gah! W-Who's there?! " She yelled out, eyes darting around her room

" I am Harmony... I know the fate of many of me and my sisters followers who once resided above the clouds... And I know how that guilt of causing so much suffering weighs heavily upon you as well. " As she finished speaking a yellow orb floated out of Tsu's makeshift shrine.

" Although your judgement was flawed young Tsumiki... You are the last of my followers, the rest seem to believe we've failed to protect them from the humans and now worship the god's that reside here. " The orb circled around Tsumiki before halting a few feet away from her face. " But I come with an offer, a chance to redeem yourself.   This dimension is on borrowed time, and within 3 years an eldritch abomination will appear and tear it apart if we can't stop it... That is why I would like to offer you me and my sisters power, for the greatest good... "

". . . I can't believe this. " Tsu said staring back at the small orb of golden energy that claimed to be one of her goddesses " But... This world, for all of its faults... Does not deserve such a gruesome fate, I accept your offer. " As soon as she accepted a similar orb of pink energy floated out of the Discord side of the shrine and followed shortly behind Harmony

" To join with us is to become a decider, one who will make the decisions that influence the course of history of not just this world , but all worlds.   If you truly do accept this power, channel us into your body and your training shall last 3 years, that is all the time we have left before It arrives. " The orbs said in unison, both voices sounding fairly similar before landing in both of Tsu's hands.

" . . . I've made my choice... No one will ever have to feel the pain of this loss again... And I will never run away, no matter the enemy. " She said slowly closing her hands around the orbs of divine energy, her eyes being overtaken with a bright golden yellow and pink as she accepted her new title.

In the years after her training under Harmony and Discord she would return to her home, already under attack from the being known as ' malm ' .  But despite everything, Tsumiki was doomed to fail.  Her new power not even coming close to the otherworldly beings strength, as they began to physically pry open the fabric that held dimentia together, revealing a black void that began to consume everything, it all seemed to be over before a flash of light overtook her vision.

She was in the spirit forest, where she had spent the last 3 years training.  Alongside the rest of the Fae that remained from Dimentia.  Before Tsu could question what just happened, Harmony's voice rung in her head again.

" You may have failed us Tsumiki, but I see someone who is capable of so much more.  We have chosen to spare the lives of you and the remaining Fae, in hopes that you will continue to hone your abilities... And although you may have lost your home, you may learn to call this place your home. "

For the next 205 years Tsumiki would train in the spirit forest and travel throughout Xidin, fighting off whatever appeared to be a threat to the worlds she has no dedicated herself to protecting, even meeting various dimensional travelers that she would soon come to call friends, and a peculiar bear-man whom she would soon develop and fondness for...

Darkness ever present on the horizon, Tsumiki aims to be the flame that illuminates the blackest void, no matter the opponent.
