ғᴏʀᴍ ᴏғ ɢᴏᴠᴇʀɴᴍᴇɴᴛ ▸ruled by a council of four hallows who work together to ensure the best outcome for the whole species.

ᴄᴏᴜɴᴄɪʟ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀs ▸Heda, the current Mother. The role of The Mother is to communicate with Binx and Hiraeth to accept messages and warn the council of any dangers. She accepts visions, omens, and signs from them, and in times where guidance is needed she travels to Haunting Lake to seek advice from the goddesses. She is highly respected and looked up to in the community. She will take an apprentice, usually at a time near the end of her life, and teach her successor her ancient practices.

▸Hyacinth, the current healer. His responsibility is to take care of the injured and sick, nursing them back to health with herbs and remedies. He will also take an apprentice around the same time as The Mother, who will carry on his duties.

▸Venticrosus, the current flame manipulator. He stands for the community of fire Hallows living in Chama Village and ensures their needs are met.

▸Salem, the current civilian representative. His job is to communicate the needs of the major community of Hallows in Re-nao, and ensure all members of the council are heard and equally have their needs met in any solution.
