Basic Info
Originally left unfinished due to tensions between Silvas and another working on building it. It had finally been finished and powered on, stuck in a closed off sector of the Institute, isolated and trying to process itself and surroundings.
Volt doesn't understand any of the outside world, most of its processing being about battle, though it is terribly curious of the world...
Backstory
Built from both Silvas and another scientist, it was built during a time Robot Masters were first ever introduced, the two tried building something akin to such... only for the partnership to break apart after finding hidden intent of it being used as a war machine... leaving the machine unfinished for years.
Current
Finally being finished, Volt is powered on in a hidden off bunker within the Institute, where even more secrets of the place are buried with it...
