An investor who recently purchased the rights to the Hammerfell Guild and has been funding it (and the Helmfire merger) out-of-pocket. Though he has no smithing experience himself, Earcy does have a keen interest in controlling various sources of income, and sizeable nest eggs with which to invest into various guilds. His ties with Gloria-Des-Nobles and the trade guilds of Levels-Acerca-River imply he is a person of interest and power, but he has little to no visible trail of businesses or previous investments, calling into question his acquisition of money.
Being not a native of La-Flor-Eterna has caused some Hammerfell members to accuse Earcy of somehow framing the previous Guildmaster in order to ensure his arrest, but that's surely absurd?
