Arrow is the only son of his parents. They were both Arbiters, helping keep the peace between clans. Because of this, Arrow was brought up to act like a "prince" of some sorts. His parents made him focus on his studies, learning all he could to make sure he would do well as an Arbiter. He acts very formal and stiff, but thats just how he was brought up. He doesn't consider himself above everyone else, though that is how he comes across at times. He hates getting dirty, and he follows the rules very closely. He acts very uptight as well. Don't let it bother you too much, because he has a heart of gold and is always trying to please people.

Has a light brown coat, with the face, chest fluff, and underside of body, including the underside of the tail, are a cream color. Ears are a dark brown color, as are the wing feathers. The bottom of the foot, all the way up to the elbows is the same dark brown as the feathers and ears. There is a single line mark of the body color around the "ankles" on each foot. The beak is the same dark brown color as feathers, ears, and feet. In his hair, which resembles that of a pop boy band member, there is one white stripe and one dark brown stripe, that are right next to each other. Has three tail feathers that are the same color as the eyes. He normally wears a band of cloth around his tail that is the same color as his eyes. Wears a scarf around his neck that is the same color as the cloth band around his tail.

Arrow has a secret obsession with berries; any kind.
