A marquess from the House of Arygus. Jesse is one of the most fun-loving and adventurous of the high nobility. He is known for throwing extravagant parties and balls and overall just having a great time. He very much so is, for a lack of better words, a playboy. It's often questioned how he manages to get his work done: it's rumored that he either uses some bizarre form of magic, pays someone else to do it, or puts no thought into what he does, which very so might be true judging on some of his adventures.
