Ember Glow really cares a lot for others and can't stand to see anyone treated unfairly. Her Cutiemark represents the warmth in her heart that she shares with others. That and she conveniently works for the Ponyville express.
She's always there to help when you need it.
Flaws include being loud mouthed (hot headed if you will) about her opinions. She voices her opinions when others are treated unfairly/poorly. It makes her somewhat undesirable to be around although most people just get a kick out of the scenes she creates.
