Personality.
On the surface, Elam seems bright and cheerful. He speaks with a sweetness in his voice, and is very easy to get along with. For this reason he is fairly well liked amongst his peers, and respected within his industry despite his young age as well.
However, he is not entirely what he seems. He knows he looks cute and sweet, and uses that to his advantage during his dealings with others. This often leaves him exhausted, and it's not at all uncommon to find him back behind a shop with a cigarette in his hands.

History.
Elam's family is one that has only recently come into wealth, and as such acted in the typical fashion associated with this; they spent their money on increasinly bizarre and elaborate symbols of wealth, such as items cast from solid gold (rendering them useless), gaudy outfits, suits of armor that do nothing except sit and look pretty... Elam, surrounded by this splendor, developed an intense distaste for it. Elam became an architect in part due to being drawn to the gorgeous simplicity of traditional Parosian design, and in part to do something very different from any of his family members.
Due to his work keeping him busy, Elam doesn't get as much sleep as he should and is often tired to the point of falling asleep at random.
Trivia.
- Elam's fascination with bath houses has been life-long, and he was thrilled when he could begin to construct them.
- He owns very little jewelry outside of some simple gold bangles, and will show up dressed casually even for formal events.
- Elam plays the fiddle as a casual hobby, and is quite skilled at it. Occassionally he'll play within taverns and the likes, but has no intentions of doing it as a profession.
