Personality
Cirila comes off as delicate and ethereal. She is almost like a beautiful living ghost. She presents a polite personality, but she is also very sarcastic and enjoys poking fun at people when given the chance. She find it entertaining to get uder people's skin with very blunt statements. Cirila is the type to tell it like it is, and never lies directly. If she doesn't want someone to know something, she just won't bring it up.

History
Cirila spent much of her young sweeps learning the art of flesh necromancy through her bloodline relatives. She spent much of her time in study and practice. While she went through this, her inherrited blood disease took a toll on her.Belamy took notice of this and started trying to care for her whenever she got the chance. At first, Cirila just thought she was shy and cute, but she quickly became attatched to her. It was clear that Belamy cared for her, and wanted to protect her. The two becmae close and developed a romantic relationship. When Cirila's disease progressed to the point where she thought she was near death, Belamy made the choice to sacrifice herself in hopes of saving Cirila's life. Cirila, hesitantly, accepted her sacrifice and absorbed her soul. However, she didn't realize she did the process incorrectly. Belamy's soul wasn't completely absorbed, so 5% of the time she takes control of her body. When this happens, Cirila just assumes she's lost time due to passing out. Her disease never went away, but it also never worsened. Her death was prevented, but she is currently stuck in the same state she was the day she took in Belamy's soul. Cirila has been dying for 10,000 sweeps but hasn't been able to die. She's spent the majority of that time in service to the fleet, helping them take over planets with her necromantic capabilities. She's currently in retirement, but takes on assignments whenever she is called upon by the fleet.
