I ask for a 50% payment before starting and then the rest once the sketch or lined phase is complete.
The rule above can be changed however if the actual comm is just a sketch or is very cheap, in which it is to be paid in full.
I use paypal only but if that's an issue it can be discussed at time of the comm order.

Turnaround time for a piece varies upon the piece, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks at most.
If at aytime I drop contact for a prolonged period of time, feel free to give me a gentle reminder!
I do, however, ask that you be patient as I have work and school, and do not always have the free time I'd like.

Feel free to use the image here on Toyhou.se or other sites where your character is, so long as credit is given!
Please don't frankenstein my art, I don't mind you splicing it beside another character for things like height reference but don't go cutting it up until it's unrecognizable.
I don't allow comercial usage of any art I create.

If at any point you decide to cancel the commission please notify me immediately.
There isn't any sort of form to fill out, just simply DM me and notify me that you no longer want the commission and we can begin the refund process.
If I myself cancel the commission or am unable to finish it, a full refund will be given.

If I not begun the piece or have not finished the first stage, a full refund may be allowed.
If I have begun a piece and have cleared the sketch stage and have begun the next stage, a refund of up to 50% will be allowed.
If the commission is close to being finished, a refund of up t0 20% will be allowed, depending on the piece.
If I have finished the piece but it hasn't been sent to you, I will allow up to a 10% refund and the files will be withheld.
If I missed a detail that was discussed before and was missed by me, please let me know! I will be sure to fix it, and it's why I give frequent updates.
