Local shady materia dealer. Grew up in the streets of the slums with Reno and Rude when they were all kids, before the other two went off secretly to join Shinra and eventually became turks. This further cements Achi's deep hatred of the company. Their materia dealings lead them to the outcasted fellow anti Shinra individual known as Genesis Rhapsodos. They hit it off and become slow friends, but are quite close. Eventually, post Advent Children timeline they fall into old habits and Reno starts crashing at Achi's place again. Eventually the 3 fully reconnect and have a proper convo, bridges are built, and they're all good once again. They quickly resettle their friendship into something more, and become a trio of mutual queerplatonic feelings.

Reno-Rude-Achi= mutual 3 way queer platonic, incredibly close the lot of them. 

Genesis and Achi=queerplatonic. Genesis holds onto his flair and rude tendencies, but really in a time when they were both alone and outcasted their relationship really blossomed. They needed to rely on eachother. Genesis IS a little pressed that Achi has Reno and Rude back, and his barely hidden paranoia about being abandoned flares on occasion. 

Tseng=Achi respects him solwly because of Reno and Rude, Tseng things they're a menace

Cloud=They've met through the Reno connection, think it's a mutual thumbs up but they aren't close. 

Sephiroth=(this is all in my personal post AC timeline so, oops) Achi thinks he's a bit of a stick in the mud and doesn't get how Cloud puts up with him, Sephiroth probably remembers their name but doesn't have an opinion

Barret=Enjoy eachothers company but Barret would not let Achi watch Marlene.
