Grumpy and standoffish, Papaya doesn’t want to be your friend and will ignore you if you try. The most he manages is grunts and single words to various customers, and short sentences to the staff that work for him. The only reason his shop hasn’t gone out of business yet is because it’s in a place with such high foot traffic.
Blunt and uncaring, Papaya doesn’t care if he hurts anyone’s feelings or offends anyone, he keeps to himself, rarely talks to strangers, and generally ignores anything he doesn’t find interesting. Despite owning a shop, he communicates in grunts, or snaps at people, be it customers or staff, and would rather not deal with any of them.

Early Years
An only child he inherited his parent’s corner shop located next to the busiest train station of Junction City, the corner shop is a fair size, and is very popular with the commuters, providing newspapers, coffee, snacks, and much more. Despite Papaya’s very blunt personality, his shop is doing well, as most commuters aren’t wanting a friendly conversation so early in the morning.
Mid Years
About five years ago he got blackout drunk, and woke up with a stranger in his bed, who was promptly turfed out. Only four months later Papaya hacked up a round orange egg, which he promptly took to an orphanage and left there, not interested in raising a child. His day to day life hasn’t changed much, and the thought that he has a child doesn’t weigh on his mind in the slightest.
