Nibel (neh-bill) was named after the Forest of Nibel from Ori and the Blind Forest. Their form can vary greatly, variations of their pyshical form varying from equine, avian, canine, and feline. The feathers on Nibel's head/neck can also vary in placement (limited) length, and form, but will always resemble a type of "frill". In game, Nibel can be first encountered as an NPC at the base of the Spirit Tree. They support Ori throughout the game, appearing several more times to guide Ori and warn them of danger ahead; in Will of the Wisps, Nibel has at this point left the Forest of Nibel and has travelled to Niwen in an attempt to save the island. In the game, they can be seen in the background as a stone statue in Silent Woods before Shriek passes by. They would've been mourned properly, along side Ori, and they're image would appear carved into Ori's spirit tree at the end of the game. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS ALL FANON. Nibel is not actually in the game.
