Please understand that all sales and character trades are final! I do not do tradebacks!

Once you own the character, you can make any changes to their design, species, etc that you want! Just make sure I'm properly credited for the original design, and you're good to go. You can edit the original art to add hair, accessories, clothes, etc if you want, as long as I'm credited too.

*Please do not use labels such as HQ/MQ/LQ for my art or designs.

*Please do not use my designs in hateful or prejudiced imagery including but not limited to homophobia, transphobia, racism, misogyny, xenophobia, anti-semitism, ableism, etc.

*Please do not use my designs in imagery of pedophilia, zoophilia, etc.

*Please do not delete the character off of toyhouse once you own it.

*Please do not use my art of the designs for NFTs or AI purposes.

*Please do not set the character to authorize only without letting me know first, so that I know they haven't been deleted.

Once you own the character, you are allowed to make and sell physical items (merch, stickers, etc) as long as you do not use my artwork for the items. Please make sure that you have expressed permission from the artist(s) if you do intend to make physical items of any of my designs. 

*Please do not resell the character for more than you paid, unless they have additional art. Additional art does not have to be commissioned to count towards this rule, your own art has value also!

You may resell, retrade, or regift characters as soon as you receive them. I don't mind as long as the above rule is respected! I am also totally fine with characters being bought or traded as gifts for another person.

I do not to tradebacks or refunds, and I will not revoke your ownership of a character once you own them.

*Breaking any of these rules may result in (private) blacklisting from owning my designs in the future.
