Ryloh is a young harpy currently training to utilize his air and storm magic abilities, having learned to summon lightning bolts, and fly around at high speeds by creating wind. He's also quite daring and loves taking risks, even if they're probably not necessary.
He's also surprisingly light, due to having hollow bones.
For reference: his beak is just a weird nose. It doesn't open. For those who have played The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, his beak is more akin to what the Rito have going on there.
