Charlotte Jellybean🌸

Charlotte Jellybean is perhaps the single most fast moving, reckless and frankly a bit stupid man around- despite having INCREDIBLE intellect- calling him stupid is not wrong. Lacking the ability to THINK before he does ANYTHING, this often means he gets into little shenanigans ALOT, he's almost lost every single one of his limbs at some point.
He's a fast talker too, not only that but he seems to make up words as he goes along- also using terms not a single person has heard of. Yet he is constantly proving to be more than endearing, with every annoying thing he does, his heart(s) is golden. He's very sweet in his eccentric and bonkers way, always looking out for his families happiness and fun. He just wants to impress and be a fun brother- to both his many many younger siblings and his fewer older ones.

He's the Minister of Jelly- although he isn't AS present on his island as he should be- to be honest he often forgets he even IS- thankfully though Totto Land has always been good at running itself.
You can often find Jellybean either running about getting into trouble- OR tinkering away in his workshop- either way you can always expect a BIIIG grin when he sees you.
