Naru is an Inkling with short tentacles and three dark stripes on each cheek. Her ink color is most often a light blue and her eyes are an almost black shade. She is always seen wearing a hat, usually her King Flip Mesh cap, but may wear others on occasion. Her top is a pink shirt covered by her Takoroka Nylon Vintage jacket and she wears dark grey leggings with her basic workboots.
About
Naru is a regular Inkling living along the other sealife in the middle of the Splatlands and working for Mr. Grizz to collect Salmonoid Eggs. She enjoys battling, playing TableTurf, and causing problems on purpose.
Naru is just your average inkling who isn't afraid to get down and dirty. When she isn't playing a game of Clam Blitz, she's usually hunting Salmonoid eggs for Mr. Grizz.
Her play style is fast and furious so she's a bit reckless on the field but makes for a good strategist at times. Using her Dapple Dualies, she enjoys paving routes for her teammates and planting beacons for quick infiltration.
Being a bit of a wild child and a memer, Naru will never turn down the offer of a bit of fun.
Naru got bored of the daily hustle and bustle of living in Inkopolis Square. As soon as she turned 18, she packed up her belongings and set out to plant roots of her own. Deep within Splatlands, she discovered a chaotic city crawling with like-minded inklings and octolings: Splatsville.
With over 5 years of Turf War experience under her belt, Naru has brushed up on her strategies on the battlefield. In addition to her trusty Dapple Dualies, she now wields the REEF-LUX 450 and takes down enemies with ease using her Tenta Missiles. How she fights in a match depends well on her mood and the weapon she bears at the time; keeping the offensive team guessing is her specialty.
While she's matured a bit since her days in Inkopolis Square, Naru still acts as mischievious as ever.

- Naru is never seen without sporting her King Flip Mesh cap. It's her favorite.
- Her main weapons are a set of Dapple Dualies.
- Clam Blitz is her favorite match type, followed by Rainmaker.
- She loves Off the Hook and has an extreme bias for Pearl.
- Naru spends the majority of her time collecting eggs for Mr. Grizz. She has plans to venture out of Inkopolis Square someday, so she's saving her pay now.
- She has trouble making and keeping friends due to her obnoxious attitude and troublemaking personality. Naru does get along with one other Inkling by the name of Snoop, but it's really a mystery how she's managed to keep him around.
- She's afraid of water but what level-headed inkling isn't?
Notable Relationships
Snoop [ a friend...? ]
Snoop is a fellow Inkling who has been a member of Naru's Salmon Run crew multiple times. He's a roller main and a pretty grumpy acting one at that! No one knows how such a bitter Inkling could possibly put up with Naru and her antics, but the two appear to at least tolerate one another...
Commander Zeke [ rival ]
Naru lives to annoy this Octoling to no end. She constantly goes out of her way to target Zeke when she sees him posted up with his Eliter and sniping away. When the two of them are on opposite teams of a Turf War, it is absolutely on sight.
