♡ Flare was born after The War and was very aware of that fact. Growing up she had to hear all about it.
♡ Flare and Melon loved the color blue. Their whole family was warm pinks and oranges. They just admired blue and hoped they’d have blue husbands in the future.
♡ Flare ended up meeting a blue bunny named Azul whom she loved dearly. The problem was that Melon married a blue fox and their parents would compare their kids and ask Melon why couldn’t she marry a blue bunny like Flare.
♡ Flare and Azul made some colorful kids which they thought so highly of.
♡ One day they took their 10 year old daughter Rainbow and 5 year old daughter Primary to the playground. It was just any other day, but then Primary met another kid named Sweet Bounce that she just didn’t want to leave. So Flare got her mother’s phone number so the kids could remain in touch.
♡ The families became close to each other. Flare would hang out with Shingle and the kids could play together. It did not matter that Flare and Shingle were ten years apart, they were best friends on their own.
♡ Flare would encourage Rainbow to start babysitting Shingle’s youngest, Sugar Pop. It worked out because it gave the parents a break and something for Rainbow to do.  
♡ Years later and Primary would tell her mother that she was dating Snap Carrot. Flare thought it was just some kid love and didn’t think too much of it. When Primary came home crying when she and Snap Carrot broke up, Flare just thought it was just any ordinary break up. Not realizing it was because Primary loved Sweet Bounce all along. Learning that none of them were friends anymore confused Flare because they were so close since kids, what happened?
♡ Flare still maintained a friendship with Shingle and would send her holiday cards. Neither mother understood what happened between their kids. Maybe it was all just a misunderstanding.  
♡ It wasn’t until after Primary became a mother herself that she went with her husband and baby to Sweet Bounce’s gender reveal to set things right. Flare was glad that they could be friends again and leave the past behind. She especially loved her son in law Icey and granddaughter Grace.
