Minty

Minty is mostly just me, if I were a dragon creature. All there is beyond a detailed description of her concept and anatomy, is what you imagine the internet stranger who made this character to be like. Minty is flexible in what she is and how she exists; 'sona' characters seem pretty abstract to me.

• Introverted, loves to be warm and comfortable (she is a soft thing but can also be drawn with soft things), loves to learn, converses in infodumps, generally looks calm but is very excitable.
• Likes and hobbies include ornithology and bird watching, insects, her animal companions, painting, kayaking, sorting and managing archives, taxidermy and bone cleaning, TTRPGS, hiking uphill
• Also awkward, claustrophobic in crowds (large range of preferred personal space), thinks too many thoughts for that skull to handle.
• Evil antihobbies and dislikes include flying on planes, heights, being in tight crowds, loud noises, peanut butter, mustard, ineffective critique, and hiking downhill

I'm picky about one thing: the feet—please give her two front toes and two back toes (Zygodactyl arrangement). Examples of that foot arrangement and comparison to others:

Otherwise, I am very lax with her. Use the following notes as you will:

• You can draw feathers or fur on her, or even all scales or robot parts or something.
• The skin underneath her feathers is also grey, but rougher in texture. 
• Her blood contains copper instead of iron (like horseshoe crabs, as they're one of my favorite animals), so her blood and any blood-colored parts are blue. 
• The heart on her tail is fleshy. Her tail feathers are attached to the heart.
• The green heart (or ring) markings are honestly optional if they don't work with textures or shading you're using. 
  • I'd prefer you only exclude them if you're going with something more realistic/texturing out feathers though.
• I have to always wear a brace on my left leg. If you want to draw wraps or an ankle brace on minty's left back leg, go ahead, totally optional.

Minty was created in 2014, but at that time, she only existed only in my mind as a character that would be just oh so fun to roleplay. She started as a pure white feathered dragon with glowing gold insides and yellow or green rings instead of hearts covering random parts of her body. She had ice powers and was a light dragon (I think I was trying to make the Light Fury several years before she even released). Her design changed pretty quickly as soon as I started drawing her, used her as a mascot for myself, and now here we are. It's me, the creature.
