Design notes:

• No need to keep the binary code on the skirt consistent, nor to write it all out. Squiggles/dots are acceptable replacements
• There is a pattern on the irises (pink squiggles on the light green base), but this can be simplified to just light green eyes with no patterns
• The email content on the shirt can change, even mid-scene. Which is to say, he has multiple of these shirts, but the shirts themselves can change
• They're unseen in the ref, but he wears either pink or green high-tops with white socks. Can also be drawn barefoot, just don't do anything weird
• The spots on the sides of his tail run along his sides, ventral to his back stripes, and originate at his shoulders
• Underneath the hair tuft is a forehead stripe typical of striped skunks
• The hair tuft can fall on either side
