Physical Description

Lean and fit. Eastern Indian descent. Hair is dyed a deep burgundy and is wavy, falling below his shoulder blades. He usually keeps part of it pulled into a bun. Eyes are an unnatural neon green. He has slight facial hair on his chin and above his lip. Three piercings on left ear that are plain black, small hoops. Clothes are usually brighter colors albeit a bit shabby from wear. Red strings will always be seen on left arm whether he's wearing clothes or not. Left arm is missing below the elbow.

Speech

No accent; speaks English.

Mental & Emotional

Withdrawn and depressed. His forced isolation takes a great toll on his mental state.

Beliefs

Agnostic, leaning toward religion/unsure. Finds comfort in watching people partake in Buddhism and sometimes prays in front of public statues.

Vagrant who is constantly on the move. He maintains his physical health well enough. He doesn't smoke or drink.

He has obtained second hand knowledge of medicine thanks to his visits to Lousisiana and his relationship with a woman there.

Background/Story

Sometime during his late teens, a powerful curse was set upon him by an unknown entity. Sai doesn't remember why the curse was implemented or whom it was by. He has very little memory of his life before this moment, retaining flashes of his former days. His name is the only thing certain within the confusing spiraling memories and with each passing year, he ties a red string to the connection on his left arm. Each new string is another added year to his age so he doesn't forget. After the incident and after spending quite some time as a full amnesiac in a hospital, he became a vagrant across America. During his travels, he met Sam Winchester and the two became close friends after he saved Sam from a near death scenario; nursing him back to health.

However, Sai broke away from him after another incident almost killed Sam while the two were looking for answers to Sai's mysterious past. He was afraid it would be the death of his friend and would rather have himself be a vague feeling in the back of Sam's mind rather than Sam lose his life because of him. Unbeknownst to Sai, Sam had psychic abilities that slowly began to manifest, letting him latch onto certain moments in remembrance that no one else was capable of. A bus stop, happy times in diners, laughter in motels and quiet moments in libraries; things that refused to leave Sam's mind. He eventually tracked Sai down after a painful, burning vision, only to find Celestial writing in blood.

A bound Celestial who was there had no answers and couldn't remember anything but Sam's call to Cas was fruitful. The runes on the floor pointed to an ancient alchemization exchange; a loophole for a powerful curse. A right forearm sat in the middle of the room between the red lines on the concrete and blood dripped off toward the back exit. Sam followed the trail and used his skills to track him down further, finding him resting up in a motel. They finished the ritual with those who needed to remember Sai in the room with him after being taken care of by a doctor.

He is currently getting used to his new freedom. Albeit a small circle, having anyone remember him is a blessing that he thought would never come to pass.

Personality

Timid and jumpy. He has become used to being invisible and hardly looks at others, seemingly lost in his own mind. Now that others can remember him, he struggles with eye contact and proper social cues/behaviour. Sai is sweet and caring with a huge heart. Average on most scales but eager to move further in any interests.
