Design Terms of Use
design ownership
- you are free to change a design's colors/species/etc upon payment.
- you can make merchandise or make/sell a fursuit of the design.
all i ask is that you credit me for the design in each item description! - please only resell my designs higher than the original price
if you have made/commissioned art for them. - i am not responsible if you trade/voucher the design
and something goes wrong. - all sales are final. i do not do refunds on designs.
- if you received a design on toyhouse, keep them on toyhouse.
please do not full private my designs.
- traded designs may only be traded. gift designs may only be gifted.
- if you trade one of my designs, you may not dictate any future
ownership of the design, unless they are on my blacklist. - you are allowed to co-own my designs, but i will not settle any
possible ownership disputes that may occur.
