Bernard

Bio: Bernard was born an heir to a grand estate in the later part of the 1800s. At the age of 21 he was given control of his family's business and land. 

The winter of his 28th year was a brutal one. Constant wind and snow threatened any form of travel, but Bernard had a business to uphold and needed to meet with his partners and clients. One night as Bernard traveled out of his estate, the falling snow blinded the carriage driver and he unknowingly took them on a path that led over a nearby frozen lake. The ice wasn't thick enough to hold the weight and the carriage broke through. The driver, the horses, and Bernard all drowned that night.

Bernard's soul formed into a marighoul with frost bitten features and frozen water replaced his hair. He knew with his new form he couldn't continue to live the life he had, so he decided to travel and find somewhere else to call home. Before he left his beloved family home for good Bernard took the keys to his master suite and his office with him as momentos. He has kept these keys in his hair ever since.
