Art in General

- Do not trace/heavily reference, edit, or steal any of my art (Bases I’ve made for the public to use are okay to draw over and add on to with proper credit) 

- You may display my art anywhere you would like as long as it has proper credit! 

- Do not use my art for profit or commercial use.
- will draw: 

    feral/anthro of any species, pets, fan art.
- won't draw: 

     humans, mecha / elaborate armor, 18+ art, anything with any sort of hate speech or similar offensive content, political art, and I am unable (and will refuse) to draw eye straining characters due to headaches. 

Commissions 

- I ask kindly to be patient as I’m a adult with a job! So keeping myself at healthy/cared for (and most importantly family) comes first! This means I don’t do deadlines for my commission as things in my life may interrupt the process.

- I have the right to refuse a commission request for whatever reason.

-harassment or rude behavior towards me will not be tolerated and will be blacklisted accordingly. (if you have paid you will refunded as long as I'm not far into the commission by my judgement.)

- I like showing wips and will usually do my best to show a wip between stages of my art (such as Sketch, lineart, color, shading, and lighting). If you haven’t hear from me in a while feel free to ask me about seeing a wip! 

- During the commission process I will have watermarks or signatures on the art to prevent scamming. Once completed and paid for I will remove the mark. 

- Payments via PayPal or cash app are usually taken after the art is completed. Though you may choose to pay anytime you wish! 

- Payments via trade or species currency payments time is different and depend on the situation! (It is negotiable and will be talked about while setting up our exchange.) 

Adopts / Customs

- Do not sell my designs for more then purchased: with the exception of additional commissioned art and art you've added. (Using art you made to raise the value is discouraged yet you may do so if you have proof of your commission prices at the time the art was made.)

- I do take holds up to a week. (Holds for trades are negotiable depending on the situation) 

-  changes or species changes are allowed. Just please credit me for the original design. 

- During a custom if you are unhappy and do not want a design during the process I can redo it. I am allowed to sell / trade away the unwanted design. (Though I usually don't do so unless it can visually stand in its own.)
