Mica (Delilah)

Delilah is an autistic teenage girl whose nose can most often be found between ink covered pages. Though sometimes she can't choose between picking up a good book and jotting down a new story, she will always be doing one of the two. She often will stay in her school's library hours after the bell rings, as she prefers the place to her home. It's not that the orphanage isn't nice, but the other girls are very overwhelming and always trying to start conversations, something Delilah doesn't enjoy at all. She lives in a pretty bad neighborhood, well whole town really, and to help her escape the harsh realities of life Delilah's favorite past time is to come up with different versions of herself in parallel, magical universes. One of her favorite 'personas' is a witch, infamous in her world for evil deeds she has commited. However, Mica (the witch's name) is really just searching for love and attention, and from an outside perspective Mica is doing good in a land of cruelty (a bit of a cliche, I know, but nobody ever said Delilah is a creative writer).
