A small shade like Chhaya. He is less chaotic and mischievous than Chhaya, but still likes to have a bit of fun. He also takes some inspiration from Stormwings for his form, much like Chhaya does, but he also wanted to have a bit more of his own flair
He doesn't currently live in Eekraa, but he was made by one of its residents, so he goes here too
