Koumei

Tiny master strategist with a nasty attitude. Koumei is a transman and uses he/him pronouns. He seems hard to get along with since he hates frivolous things, but Koumei value knowledge above all else and those who can rival their intelle=igence have their upmost respect. Koumei is very self-assured and confident in all his decisions since he meticulously account for all possible failures and mitigate any chance of the happening. He has a strong sense of justice and will never let a crime go unpunished, but sometimes comes off as nosy and a busybody. Due to his strict attitude, he have a difficult time making friends, not that he cares right? He's definitely not lonely and long for companionship, right??

Koumei is the master strategist of the Palace and heads the army. He spends their days mapping out new battle formations, drinking their favourite Emperor's Clouds and Mist green tea, and playing with the swans by the lotus pond.
