Aja

Technician to Murphy's group, one of his only friends.

Friendly and hates violence, Aja always runs away and hides when the group starts fighting. She is usually manning the radios trying to find people out in the wilderness outside the cities and acts more like a radio host on air rather than a deserter outlaw stranded in the middle of nowhere, and likes to wear sunglasses so no one can tell when she's sleeping on the job. 

Aja was drafted into the army and sent outside the city walls to fight against the other corporate-cities for pieces of land. She hated every second and was always goofing off and trying to keep everyone happy rather than learning to fight. While she excelled in all things technical and preferred to set up communication systems and maintain systems, their skills were never acknowledged by their superiors as everyone drafted was just seen as another pawn for the corporation. Over time they bonded with the other draftees they were stationed with which included Murphy, while he was very cold and seemingly never acknowledged her, he did do certain things like covering for them or pretending not to see them when they were hiding from their drills or active combat. Eventually though, the pressure started to get to everyone, and one day during a patrol, Murphy shot their commanding officer, and seeing the opportunity to get away, Aja and the others followed him away into the wilds.

Taking whatever they could with them and scavenging the rest, Murphy's band eked out a living, joining up with other kinds of wanderers, bandits, outlaws and other drifters to create their own little band. Aja taking this chance to work on all things technical she quickly became an important part of their group, plus her lively nature kept things light. Though recently their band has been dwindling in numbers
