personality: reflux is uh... something else, that's for sure. she's eccentric, out-there, and most importantly, obsessive. she's got all the traits that if mixed together correctly, will produce a fun villain. which is exactly what happened.

backstory: reflux dropped out of high school to instead go off and have 'fun' - aka cause trouble with her very strong quirk. in reality, she is from a very powerful family, one that made sure their lineage would continue to push out stronger and stronger acid quirked kids. she is by far the strongest. she ran off from her 'dull' rich kid life style to instead join various villain leagues and start trouble.
