Design Terms of Use
- Do not claim designs or artwork as your own. You must give me credit. Failure to do this will result in getting blacklisted.
- Do not edit my artwork (regardless if it is hand-drawn or my own personal base) in any way, shape, or form. Doing so will result in getting blacklisted and having the design revoked (with possibility of no refund).
- I can hold adopts/slots for you, but only for a maximum of 5 days. Once the five days are past, the adopt/slot will be reopened. Extensions can be talked about if absolutely needed!
- Do not resell designs for more than you paid for, unless they come with extra art (i.e. if you bought an adopt that only cost $1.00, do not resell for $10.00 without extra art). Doing so will result in getting blacklisted.
- Please let me know if you decided to resell as I may wish to purchase the design back.
- Please let me know who the new owners of designs are so I may update the original images! I have every right to decline or cancel your order for any reason.
