• an enigmatic specter that is something of an omniscient watcher
• but not totally omniscient, her abilities stretch only as far as the size of a small town
• knows pretty much everything about the main narrative story on all sides, but prefers against directly involving themself in it
• thus they mostly just live their life
• however, she is willing to provide some guidance towards the characters' goals if they ask
• in "incredibly complex and frustratingly metaphorical hard mode riddle" form!
