In general, he's an upbeat guy that likes to joke around and flirt with others, but unless he considers you a friend, don't expect anything from him.

Born into one of the true noble families, but hidden away. Kept behind locked doors, he resents the love he receives because his parents non racist beliefs merely hurt themselves. Naive but practical, he plans to either cause enough trouble to be resented, or build up enough reputation for them to worry. Being able to bask in the lime light, or revel freely in the underworld, both options are things he'd grasp at.
