Darth Acina (Szazra)
Overview
A Chiss born in the years before the clone wars, she was taken and raised by a sith she now calls her master. Now 26 years of age, she has sworn her alligence to the Galatic Empire and has sworn to take down any foes in the way of it.
However, despite her vows she has find her mind starting to fall apart at the seams, unable to sell what is right and wrong anymore. While she does continue to swear her loyalty, it has started to waiver.
It is not my goal in life to be happy, that dream died along with my youth. My goal is to push foward through the darkness, to embrace it, to become it. Because when the light failed me, darkness embraced me and promised me a home no one could ever give me. Not the Jedi, not the light side of the force, not you. So do not act like I am some lost soul unable to see the light. I can see it perfectly clear, and I resent it.

Demeanor
While she typically doesn't stay around long enough for most to see any of her quirks & habits, if you watch closely you'll notice quite a few. When she's deep in thought, she will often unwrap and rewrap the bandages around her hands. She also will mess with her unlit saber, spinning it between her fingers and hands.
To say her communication skills are lackluster would be an understatment. Communication has never been her thing, and she will often keep things to herself until it is too late to tell or they blow up in her face. This has gotten in the way of quite a few friendships.
Showing affection for Acina is rather difficult due to her childhood trauma and her sith training. Not only does she feel as if she doesn't deserve the affection, but she feels as if she does show it they'll leave her. So instead her affection is replaced by passion and anger with quick acts of semi-kindess showing that she may care for someone.

- Was always rather small.

Acina grew up as Szazra on the planet known as Csilla in the Unknown Regions of the galaxy. Her early years were quite simple until she awoke the sight within her (the Chiss version of the force), and had frequent episodes with it. It caused quite a bit of discord within her as she was unable to control it, and saw visions and heard voices she could never quite understand. This caused her parents, Thmaosha and Rnuzus, to reach out to an old acquaintance. It wasn't long before a Jedi named Risa Mereel visited, the woman her parents had sent a message to. While Acina's memories of this are mostly wiped clear, she did spend some good time with Risa and learning about her and the force.
This all changed when a Sith lord, Darth Exhilus learned of Szazra. Arriving on Csilla he murdered both of her parents and as far as he knows, the Jedi who was to take Szazra in as a padawan. He instead framed it as the Jedi killing her parents and he having come to rescue her. It was qwuite easy for him to tamper with her memories of the event and take her in as his apprentice. They both left the planet, and her training as a sith would soon begin.
Adolescence
- Would often refer to her master as 'father' in private.
- Started her training with a double-edged saber, enjoyed the way it streaked through the sky.
- Excelled in close combat but her force powers lacked. This was due to her struggle to control them, not that she didn't have much. It was simply too much for her to grasp all at once.
Her teen years were filled with harsh and dangerous training, many which almost killing her. Still though, she was eager to please her master and dove into each exercise without caution. If it meant his approval, she would destory the world too. She used this to escuse the practical torture he put her through, saying it was all because he cared for her and wanted her to be stronger.
This climaxed when it was time for her to become an offical Sith. Inriss was good friend from her teenage years that Szazra was deeply attached to. She would never tell anyone if the attachment was more than platonic, but it didn’t matter for long as she was made to kill him by her master. This was the final test to rise to sith-hood, and one that Szazra was determined to pass. So she killed him, and became Acina.
Adulthood
- She left her master's temple to move to Coruscant.
- Often keeps in touch with her master and sends updates on her life.
- Often does solo misions, causing her to have little to no allies.
In adulthood, most of Acina's problems would start. Not only did she live alone in isolation, but with her leaving her master behind to move to a new planet she was totally alone. She was never the friendliest, so she struggled to meet and keep friends. Though if you were to ask her she would deny that it bothered her. She instead focused on hunting Jedi and those associated with them. This quickly gained her a new title - The Executioner. She would mercilessly slaughter any Jedi she came upon and all of their allies. This included innocents as well.
Her world would turn upside down when she met a woman named Vasani. A grey jedi hidden as a slave, Acina had first planned to kill her. Her mistake was listening to her talk. Within a short couple of days, Vasani destroyed every fiber of certainty Acina had. She breifly agreed to work with Vasani to free a group of slaves from an imperial base, using the excuse of 'The empire wouldn't allow this if they knew' as a reason to break her loyalty even if briefly. This instead has spiraled into a massive turmoil within Acina, as she continued to discover and be forced to look at the cruel impact the Empire has had on the galaxies.
Still, she continued to claim loyalty to the Empire. However everyday she gets closer and closer to discovering the truth about her past, and herself.

Skills & abilities
Tech Resistance
Growing up around technology leaves an impact on chiss, especially Acina. This allows her to have a resistance for most tech based powers.
Third and Second Sight
Force-sensitivity, referred to as the Sight by the Chiss, was incredibly rare and manifested in limited abilities, namely precognition which was Third Sight and telepathy, which was known as Second Sight. Acina was a rare case where she was deeply connected to the force and was able to draw more abilites than others of her race. Still, she greatly struggles honing in with her Third and Second sight. In most cases they randomly will activate, greatly hindering Acina at times.
Twin-Blade fighting
Acina is skilled at fighting with double-bladed weapons, especially her lightsaber. Not only does this allow her to use many forms of double-bladed weapons, but it allows her to strike much faster and deal multiple hits in seconds. It requires a good bit of dexterity to use this skill, as it's quite easy to injure herself while using it if she isn't careful.
LWhile a rather new friend of only half a year, Szazra has grown to be quite attached to the Twi'lek force user. While their morals and beliefs are very different, Acina is afraid of Vasani leaving her or even worse, viewing her as a monster.
The man who trained her in the way of the force, Exhilus is Szazra’s only mentor. She deeply respects him and sees him as a father, willing to do anything in order to please him.
Despite this, their relationship is extremly toxic. While she is eager for his affection and love, he often uses it to manipulate her.
A former trooper captain, Maxir has caught the attention of Szazra. While typically her sexual exploits stay as one time events, she has grown fond of the man. She herself is unwilling to directly put a label on what their relationship is starting to become, but she does not wish to push him away for now and has allowed him to see more than just Acina.
