☆ About

Temp is a slightly taller than average individual at 5’9” and weighing at 170 pounds, so average weight. At most times, her appearance is a long and straight, blue-haired girl, usually always left down, with very yellow blond streaks, eyes just as yellow. Often, however, she will disguise herself, using seemingly impossible technology to change her to a complete blond, with blue eyes. She has a lollipop body shape, round face, and porcelain doll skin tone.

Her preferred attire is quite colorful. Mainly, she wears faded gem-adorned, gray jeans, held up by a black belt with a pewter dragon buckle. She wears double layers above the waist, for adoring her sparkly, rainbow top; but due to her subconscious meekness and how incredibly revealing it is, feels a strong need to wear a long-sleeved, purple turtleneck sweater. Her boots and gloves are both also rainbow.

☆ Personality

Tempest tries her hardest to keep calm and collected at all times, even when she's in inner turmoil. She attempts to keep herself somewhat distanced with most guys, though tends to be friendly and helpful to most everyone that deserves it. She can be decently sassy and sharp-tongued, despite however level-headed she may be.

On the flip-side however, she can be quite nasty-tempered, often clawing cheeks in rage, usually connected to Stars in some way. She is very willing to give up anything, for the sake of seeing criminals behind bars or do anything to help one that's feeling any amount of regret. She tends to think twenty steps ahead, just to see everything go smoothly. Lastly, she is very highly protective.

☆ Story Summary

☆ ★ ☆ CAUTION: ((Please be wary of triggering, sensitive content in her bio.)) ☆ ★ ☆

Tempest has a very difficult time talking about her past, having a rather bad one. Losing her mother at a young age, to people who had wanted to use her talents to her refusal, she has grown to strongly dislike crime and those who turn to a life of it with no regret. Not long after their mother's death, her oldest brother did just that. To top it all off, she eventually became friends with and opened up to a human girl, whom was wooed by a total creep. That creep managed to get secrets out of her friend that could render her totally helpless, and used them to take advantage of her. Her family was enraged, but due to the horrors of what the creep had done, she repressed the memories. Her family could have easily killed him in their rage, but to spare her from recalling all of that, they didn't. Instead, she developed terrible, paralysing Genophobia, Androphobia, and Aphenphosmphobia.

Partnered with Deo under slight protest, when her superior broke precedence and partnered her up with a guy instead of someone of the same gender. Being so new, she showed him how to be good at the job, and has been with him a couple years before the merging. One day, she had been forced to kill a basilisk before he resulted in many others' deaths. In retaliation, a second basilisk began to cause trouble in the human's realm. Rushing through red tape, she managed to get the case turned over to them, but allowed two humans to help. Not long after, the case was solved and repaired, and Tempest decided to transfer and merge up with Starsky and Hutch.

Hiding her feelings for the most part, only Deo ever guessed her fondness for Stars, and it took a very bad situation to get it out to the open. On a day where she was most vulnerable, there was a terrible incidence where Stars shot and killed a kid, and spiraled into deep, dark depression. This wasn't helped by the fact he was nearly forced into resignation by a man who went on a vendetta against him over the event, by killing other cops. Her first sign of her feelings was witnessed by her losing her temper for the first time, over a fellow cop insulting and pulling Stars deeper into guilt. After she had scratched said cop's face, to which Hutch called her out on, it was discussed that she say something and that even with as bad as he was, he had a feeling that Starsky'd ease up once things were explained. Finally, at the climax of the ordeal, she managed to convince the annoying man to allow her to go to the rendezvous point, unwilling to let Stars go alone, by telling him that she was his girlfriend and that it was win-win for the guy. When asked why she would say so and defend him so angrily, she finally admitted how she felt to the pushing of their other two partners, one of which (Deo) almost impatiently blurting it out for her.

In her father's time as an enforcer of supernatural law, himself, and due to their extensive life span, both he and herself personally know the great Humphrey Bogart from before he was big. She even begged her father to invite the actor to one of Templar's famous parties, just so she could introduce her boyfriend to the very man he constantly impersonated.

About a year after her confession, a ghost of her past showed up, when the lot of them were invited to a party of a lady whom was mentally challenged and discovered to have been also forcefully taken advantage of. It didn't take very long for them to resolve things, though still far more time than should have been necessary, as well as more emotional torture for both Tempest and the other victim. However, in the time it took to arrest him, she confronted the creep with a promise that she'd never again let him ruin another girl's life, nor would he take over hers by the paralyzing fears he'd instilled in her from what had happened in her past.

Another year or so after this, she went undercover at a playboy island, to her disdain and everyone else's, where voodoo was present and exploited. While she was able protect her friends with power of mind as well as dragon's natural immunity to most magics, she was forced to bite and change Stars into a dragon, temporarily, for he was too taken by the possibilty of voodoo. This was when she decided that if she was going to pretend to be a call-girl, then certain things were inevitable, and if that were the case, she would at least choose the first, despite fear and hesitance.

More time passing, she grew more comfortable with affections and the like, until she was forced to explain a few things about dragons and their families. For instance, they adapted to know immediately when they were pregnant, because they had to choose which form to stay in for the remainder of the time, either full dragon or full human, with the same benefits of "the molting process." Dragon's families were also so connected in bond, that an instinct is immediately set off in them to alert them of this. To which, maybe a maximum of a minute later, a furious call was received from her father. Tempest was convinced to stay human for nine months, rather than the two-ish months as a dragon, being that it was hard for Stars to go even a week without seeing her face. Proposal was eventually made, to which she accepted in shock, not entirely believing that he was.

☆ Abilities and Weaknesses

Being a storm dragon, she has two elements: Water and electricity. The most noteable things she does with that is make it rain, or shock with high voltages. She can also extend her claws, and use them to untie herself when caught by criminals for whatever reasons they may have, and they're strong enough to cut a strong variety of materials. Her skin is also impenetrable by bullets/blades/etc., unless well-aimed. Lastly, she has the usual ESP, which she mostly uses to read and predict criminals' actions or motivations.

Her elements aren't overly helpful to her in most situations. Once a month, during her "molting process," she loses whatever abilities she has for a few days, making her rely on her more human skills. During her molting process, she is essentially blind, but misjudges her capabilities. For instance, she will jump into gunfire, with little regards for her well-being.

☆ Relationships

David Starsky [ Boyfriend/Husband/Work Partner ]
When first meeting him, these two very much were like oil and water. He liked her a lot, wanting to get to know her better, but Tempest refusing to give in. She did eventually open up, but no more so than with anyone else she knew. He took it as disinterest, moving on until it was discovered that she cared much more than she was willing to say. From that point on, the two became extremely close, more and more so by the day. As she began to outgrow her phobias, he was relieved and happy for her, and in return, Tempest is the same when he gets over things he obsesses negatively over. Tempest absolutely hates whenever he does, willing to say or do whatever she can to help him through it.

Deo Adair [ Work Partner/Best Friend ]
Similarly to Stars, though met Deo first, the two didn't initially start off on a good foot, Deo being as he is. However, being herself and knowing how to inch her way into people's good graces when she wants to be, she slowly managed to break down his walls. Having managed to gain his respect, the Kitsune hates when she goes off on her own, without his back-up, especially if there's any kind of chance of her getting hurt. Tempest, though treating with returned respect, often teases him about his crudeness and inability to accept authority figures' decisions. She's constantly joking over the similarities between him, and Stars. She hates it, however, when he teases her over her feelings for the human cop.

Kenneth Hutchinson [ Work Partner/Brother Figure ]
Tempest got along well, immediately, with Hutch. Granted, at the time, he and stars were agitated about losing their case, but after they were given the okay to continue helping, that easily faded. As time passed, Temp grew to view him like another sibling, and vice versa. Like the rest of her close friends, she would do a great deal within her capabilities to ensure their safety, even went it means defending from creepy stalker ladies. Hutch is the only person she listens to in matters of confessing, and it's only because of him that she said anything as soon as she did, and occasional other sensitive subjects.
