traits: Has a happy-go-lucky attitude about 90% of the time. She is trustworthy and helpful, being very mature considering her age. She is adventurous and often gets into trouble because she sticks her nose were it doesn't belong. Always looking for something to do, she often wanders around looking for friends. The other 10% of the time, she is filled with hate and anger, fighting all who get in her way. She hates being pushed into a corner and forgotten. She is mostly like this when she is in heat and stallions try to mate with her. A life filled with hatred, anger, and rape have made her bitter and cold toward any that abuse others and more wary of strangers but she feels like her past has just made her stronger and hopes to lead others out of the darkness and see that life isn't all bad. After spending years as Lady of Utopia, and having her Lords disappear (or be taken), she has developed depression and struggles with her self-worth and self-love. She feels like she isn't worthy of the title of Lady of Utopia, but doesn't want to give up on Utopia like every Lady has before her.

history: Born into a cold dark world, Rasa learned to fend for herself, or be killed trying. Her parents didn't like her. She never was close to her sire and dam, never called them mother and father. In fact. she didn't call them anything. The only time she ever interacted with them was when she had to nurse or find new grass.

At age one, she ran as far away from her "loving" parents as she could. She hadn't met any other horses besides her parents. Rasa learned excellent fighting moves during her roaming, practice against old tree trunks and bushes, sometimes even predators. Her interaction with the world around her made a great impact on her life. She learned to love while she was alone.

When she came to WE and got some land, she ended up getting raped by Dravos (Misty) which resulted in her first filly, Foxglove. She gave up everything to raise her daughter and always felt horrible that she never had a father. When Foxglove left unexpectedly and came back pregnant, Rasa feared the worst... but it ended up being something great. Foxglove found a mate and left Rasa ... and Rasa found herself alone once again.

She soon gave up her small piece of land, finding herself having no will to keep it active, and took to wandering. She never did see Foxglove again; she was soon found by a brute by the name of Antichrist (Vin). She'd stumbled upon his home unexpectedly, and was taken in as a slave (Thread, WE2). He raped her twice producing two fillies - Archangel (Vin) and Velvet Massacre. All in all, she had three daughters - all from rape. The two rapings from Antic (Vin), and the harsh treatment mixed with the horrific conditions, soon resulted in Rasa's death at the age of eleven. She never got to see Foxglove again, or either of her two other daughters.

She doesn't remember exactly how Antic (Vin) killed her. She just remembered the pain, hearing herself scream, and then being surrounded by a bright, white light. There was no more pain. Just peace. And when she finally opened her eyes, she was in the greenest meadow she had ever seen. She knew immediately where she was. Heaven. Utopia. One look at the wings she now had, soft and feathery, assured her of this.

In heaven, she met a young foal who had died before she had even been given a name, eventually learning that this filly came to be known as Talia (Indi). She greeted the foal and made sure that she knew that she was safe before going off to explore Utopia once more.

When Heartless One, her grandson, lost his friend Lily (Indi) through a steal by the Helkaer Contagious (Toxic, Ashy), Rasa was determined to help Heartless and Lily (Indi) in any way she could. Usually, she didn't interfere with their lives, she had not even done anything when Lady Fantasma, her granddaughter and Heartless's older sister, got raped. Then again, Fan was strong... Lily (Indi) was not. Rasa went to Contagious's (Toxic, Ashy) land and rescued Lily, bringing her back to Ever Clear. Thread. Hearty was skeptical at her arrival in Ever Clear, wondering how she could be their grandmother when they'd never met before. Rasa explained she had always been watching over him, his sister, and niece all this time - and now Lily (Indi), too, and that seemed to be a good enough answer for her grandson. Thread.

Rasa had been observing one particular Versai mare for some time. She'd heard her mumbling to herself while patrolling her home, had caught on to some of her history, how she was abused by her previous herd and had been plagued by demons. She knew that Allocen, she did not know her real name, was afraid of those in the afterlife, but when she noticed her in Cooper Creek unable to communicate with a mute stallion, she decided she would go help translate the words for her. She startled the both of them by suddenly appearing, though she assured them she meant no harm. She helped Venorsh (Indi) introduce himself to Allocen after introducing herself to the two of them and continued to translate the conversation for Allocen. Justin (Phan), the leader of Cooper Creek, arrived just as Trinity and Rasa were making their leave. Thread.

As time passed, new rulers of Utopia came and went but it was only when Heaven was under the ruling of Oderia (Scoot) and her mate, Psychosocial (Azzy), that she received her rank - Protector of Patience. Those two stepped down, however, and soon it was Tybolt (HH) and Andromeda (Kal) ruling. However, Andromeda soon disappeared and Rasa was made Lady of Utopia instead. Sadly, Tybolt (HH) did not stick around very long after making Rasa Lady of Utopia and he soon disappeared, never to be seen or heard from again. It was around this time that Romeo (Phan) first became Lord of the Underworld.

Shortly after being appointed Lady of Utopia, Rasa was observing the mortal world from Utopia when she spotted Aranu (Indi) sulking in Crystal Pools. She had never met the Light King before, but she knew a bit about him simply from being in Utopia for so long and hearing gossip about the King. He had been King for about three years at that point, and gone through multiple Queens at that point. Rasa flew down to Crystal Pools and introduced herself as the new Lady of Utopia. Aranu (Indi), being the polite man that he was, asked if there was anything she needed help with. Rasa told the King that she had not come seeking help, but to help him instead. She knew that he was troubled, knew that he had suffered great loss in his family, and she wanted to help him in any way that she could. He asked for her to thank the angels Talia (Indi) and Fennore (Indi) for him, and also asked for help finding someone that was missing. She did not tell Aranu (Indi) that at the time, Talia (Indi) was currently in the grips of Carnallust the Charmer, and that Fennore (Indi) was trapped in the Underworld - all things that had happened before she was made Lady. Instead, she focused on Aranu's (Indi) missing son, Aearion (Indi). He was over a year old at that point but the blind boy had been missing since he was seven months old. She assured Aranu (Indi) that Utopia would aide in finding Aearion (Indi), hopefully alive and well, and return him home to Rain Forest Beach. She informed him that Aearion's (Indi) soul had not passed through judgment and when Aranu (Indi) questioned if she would know if a soul hadn't passed through judgment, she told him that, no, she wouldn't know if he was a lost soul that had not made it through judgment but she said not to worry, because that didn't happen often. She promised that she and her angels would do their best to bring his son back home. With that, she said her goodbyes and returned to Utopia. Thread.

It was also during the time that Romeo (Phan) became Lord of the Underworld that Rasa went to go visit the Light King and Queen at the time, Aranu (Indi) and Lexi (Roman). She had not spoken with the Queen before but she had once met Aranu (Indi) before. Thread.

One of the first mortals that she encountered after her promotion was Mohegan (Juliet). She wanted to help him, to show him that he did not have to succumb to his cannibalism, but he refused her help and in the end she left him standing there in Nomalanga though she did make sure to tell him that if he ever changed his mind about wanting Utopia's help, all he had to do was ask.

Another that she encountered was a mare named Alayaya (Juliet) who was out in Unclaimed Hearts looking for stallions. Rasa tried to convince her to leave but instead, Yaya (Juliet) just demanded that she left her alone. Knowing a lost cause when she saw one, Rasa tipped her head and let the mare know that, should she ever need any sort of help, to just call on her.

Some time during all of this, Talia (Indi) was kidnapped and some sort of power was used to prevent the infant from returning to Utopia. At the time, Rasa had no idea who it was that had done it, assuming it to be Vanth (Vin) or Asmoday (Levvy). All she knew was that the infant angel was now stuck with Charm until she could figure out a way to get her back home.

It was shortly after this that Psychosocial (Fishie), a former Lord of Utopia, turned his back on Utopia. Rasa had no choice but to cast him out of Utopia, painfully stripping him of his angelic status and casting him into Purgatory. She went to go visit him just moments later. This meeting led to the conception of her son, Leviathan. (thread in progress)

After the Psychosocial (Fishie) incident, Rasa was summonsed to Purgatory by the ex-Versai, Wales (Misty). He wished to be forgiven for all that he had done and be accepted into Utopia. Rasa gave him a task to complete, telling him not to bother contacting her again until the task was completed and warning him that she would be watching and would know if he lied about anything. Thread.

Leading Utopia was proving to be more stressful and difficult than she had originally thought it would be. Needing a break, and wanting to connect with the mortals once more, since it had been some months since she had last been to the mortal world, Rasa decided to go to the Free Lands. There, in Femiet Beach, she meet Sapphira (Revolver), a flamboyant and bright mare whom the danish warmblood happily befriended. She kept her angelic identity a secret for the moment, hiding her wings and showing herself as a mere mortal. Thread.

It seemed that Utopia was becoming much too chaotic than it ever had been before. Perhaps it had something to do with the disappearance of Tybolt (HH), which left her alone to rule over the angels and assist the mortals. Fed up with so much bad happening, she decided to hold a Utopia meeting and announce that she would be looking for a new Lord, as well as speaking about Talia (Indi) and Psychosocial (Fishie). She also announced her pregnancy but did not say who the father was. Zoticus (Cell) demoted himself shortly after this meeting. Thread.

It was a few mere mortal weeks after Zoticus (Cell) demoted himself and then left the Utopian realm that Rasa put the Virtues into place. It didn't take long for a new angel to become interested. Sacoorah (Rah) requested to become leader of the Heavenly Virtue of Patience. Rasa accepted her request. Thread.

While seven months pregnant with Leviathan, just before Zoticus (Cell) demoted himself and left, Rasa paid Respira (Ebon), the Helkaer Commander after Romeo's (Phan) death, a visit. She decided to meet with her one on one after seeing the curious little "friendship" that seemed to have formed between Respira (Ebon) and the Versai mare, Trinity, known to others as Allocen. Despite being from two very different ends of the spectrum, with Rasa wanting peace and Respira (Ebon) wishing for chaos, they had a civil conversation. Thread.

In about the middle of her pregnancy with Leviathan, there was a ball in Eden for all of Wild Equines, which she attended. Zoticus (Cell) was still Lord at this time and was at the ball as well. Thread.

While nine months pregnant with Leviathan, and while there was no Lord to reign at her side, Rasa went to visit then-Dark Queen, Akroma (Zo), in Lachlen Breck. They discussed both of their pregnancies as well as the then-Dark King, Grizmar (Cell). To her dismay, Psychosocial (Fishie) also showed up at the ball. Artemisia (Azzy), then Lady of the Underworld, showed up as well, hurling insults at the pregnant Utopian leader. Thread.

Venture's (Newbie) second Lord audition (Thread). Utopia meeting introducing Venture (Newbie) as Lord (Thread). Immediately after the meeting announcing Venture (Newbie) as Lord of Utopia, the Seraphim of Utopia, an old friend of Rasa's named Lateralus (Ebon) summoned the Lord and Lady to discuss becoming the leader of the Virtue of Kindness. Both Venture (Newbie) and herself agreed to making Lat (Ebon) the leader of the Circle, as well as remaining as Seraphim of Utopia. Thread.

Leviathan was born shortly before Venture (Newbie) was announced as Lord. A couple of week after he was born, a mortal came to Eden in search of answers. His name was Judas (Indi). She went up to him and introduced herself, asking what he needed. He told her of a man that thought he was a deity and was a danger to the mortal world, especially children. He told her that this man had been about to attack the Light King, Aranu (Indi) but an angel got involved and stopped him. Judas (Indi) also told her that the Versai knew about him. He came seeking information, but alas, Rasa had none. Instead, she gave him an option to become a Utopian Seer so that she could send him information whenever she received it. He would be the second Seer for Utopia, after a colt named Xovad, the son of the Versai mare, Allocen. He asked what it involved and when she explained it he agreed to it, despite knowing it would come with pain. After agreeing to become a Seer, Rasa told him to meet her in Videnie, where the process could be done to make him a Seer. She left him to travel here alone so he could think about it a little more, but told him to go quickly so that demons could not interfere with him. Thread.

Life in Utopia was not easy, not even after finding a new Lord, Venture (Newbie), for it seemed just hours after naming the new Lord at the Utopian meeting, where she also introduced her son, Leviathan, to the angels... Sacoorah (Rah) was stolen by Rheagar (Oblivion), the Lord of the Underworld. After two weeks, Saco (Rah) returned, and Rasa was there to greet her and apologize for what had happened. Thread.

More chaos came to Utopia when Lateralus (Ebon) was stolen and the Lord and Lady of the Underworld of the time, Diavolo (Vin) and Artemesia (Azzy) went to Eden and summoned Rasa and Venture (Newbie). Arty (Azzy) proclaimed this to be no ordinary meeting... but a war cry. The Devils spoke of how Rasa's son, Leviathan, belonged in the Underworld, that he had Hell in his veins. Rasa, however, declined their call for war, stating she would fight for Lateralus's return to Utopia put would not be going to war - yet. The Devils promised war would come anyway. Lucky enough for Utopia, and the mortals, no such war ever happened. Thread. Battle for Lateralus (Ebon) vs Artemesia (Azzy) the then-Lady of the Underworld (Loss)

Rasa returned home to Utopia from her battle empty handed. She had been defeated and, feeling like an utter failure, she summoned the angels to her weary, broken, and bloodied body for a meeting. The first to her side was Valefor (Icy). Next were Talia (Indi) and Fennore (Indi). Venture (Newbie) came after, promising Rasa that this would not be the end, that she had not failed them, and they would prevail in the end. Rhundurin (Roman) came shortly afterward, along with Brinda (Roman) and Heaven (Roman). Sacoorah (Zantalia), of the Virtue of Patience and one of Rasa's dearest friends, also arrived on the scene, apologizing for not arriving sooner. Zantalia (Zantalia) also came. Till (Lightning) was after them, the crowd growing larger and larger as the angels gathered. Ceris (?), an elder angel, came after that, speaking words of wisdom - Utopia would come back from this. Jinxx (Bru) was the last to arrive, promising to aide in the retrieval of Lateralus (Ebon) and Leviathan from the Underworld. Overwhelmed by the support, Rasa informed them this may be the start of a war, and that Venture (Newbie) was free to pick a different Lady, if he wished. Valefor (Icy) spoke frankly and bluntly, telling Rasa to shut up and not to be ridiculous - she was still very much worthy of the position of Lady of Utopia. Talia's (Indi) voice spoke up next, saying that Rasa had never left them, not through all these years. Venture (Newbie) was quick to refuse to pick a new Lady, instead insisting Rasa rise and reclaim her glory. Thread.

It was over a year after the ball that took place in Eden when she was summoned there again by the Versai mare Lilith (Serin, Icy). She had many, many questions for the Lady of Utopia that Rasa was all too happy to answer. Thread.

(Sixteen) She aided in the rescue of Sephenia (Ebon), who had been held captive by the Ghosts for five years, by sending Utopian Seer, Xovad, a vision. During the rescue mission, she had to help the two escape a couple of guards. Thread.

Rasa was stolen by a demoness named Lethrblaka (Snowy), meant to be a gift for then Lady of the Underworld, Artemesia (Azzy) - Thread. While she was stolen, Venture (Newbie) disappeared, leaving Utopia without a Lord once more. After returning from the Underworld, weak and her body full of pain, she found a secluded area of Utopia, sobbing and broken. She was found by her son, Leviathan, and he comforted her in the innocent way a child can comfort their mother. Thread.

Rasa held another audition for the Lord position where she audition two angels, Brom (Snowy) and Spike (Kal). She was not impressed with either of them. Spike (Kal) had never been much of a leader and wasn't the brightest of men and Brom had gone against her belief and stolen the soul of a Helkaer, Salem (Azzy). In the end, she had to pick Spike (Kal) as her next Lord as Brom (Snowy) decided to drop out of the auditions. Brom audition thread. Spike audition thread.

The meeting where Rasa announced Spike (Kal) as Lord did not go well. Spike's introduction to the angels had been... unwelcome. He had spoken out of turn, said things that had made the tension build between them, so thick it was almost tangible.

Shortly after the meeting, Spike (Kal) had gone to Dark Woods to see his former mate, Reth (Ebon). Things did not go well between them and when he came back to Utopia he wanted to speak with Rasa. When Rasa got to him, he was crying and she was tense, expecting this to be the time where he stepped down as Lord. Instead, he apologized for letting her down and said how he didn't want to let Rasa down like he had let Reth (Ebon) down. He said she hated him now. Rasa didn't feel sorry for him. She had actually started to dislike him. So she wasn't impressed with his crying over Reth (Ebon). She was bluntly and brutally honest with Spike (Kal), telling him that he might as well get over her because she was a mortal and had free will. He was dead and the Lord of Utopia. He had to respect her free will and couldn't just force her to want him again. Rasa went on to explain that he would have harder things to deal with than heartbreak over an ex-mate while he was Lord. In the end, Rasa accepted his apology, saying that she, too, hoped that he would prove his worth. It was due time that Utopia had a good Lord to lead them. Spike (Kal) then asked how many Lords she had been through. Rasa explained it all, even adding in how she had been betrayed by a former Lord of Utopia, Psychosocial (Fishie) who she then had to banish from Utopia. She, of course, left out the fact that he was Leviathan's father. Spike (Kal) made a promise not to abandon her like the three before him. She told him that she hoped that was true because she didn't think she had it in her to go through another audition. They parted ways then, Spike (Kal) going to the Neutral kingdom and Rasa going to check on Talia (Indi) and Talia's (Indi) son that remained in Ever Clear with her grandchildren. Thread.

Early on in her pregnancy with Lateralus' (Ebon) child, before telling anyone about it, Rasa went to Purgatory to check up on Wales (Misty), a former Versai Brother that she had rejudged and saved from the Underworld, casting him into Purgatory for the bad that he had done. She asked how his tasks had gone, telling him not to lie because she would know. He told her everything. How none of the Versai but Eos (Aurora, Ava) forgave him. How his family forgave him. How he tried to contact the ghosts of the mares he had raped but couldn't contact them. Rasa called for Spike (Kal) so that he could listen to Wales' (Misty) story and give his own opinion on it. This was before he battled Lethrblaka (Snowy) for Kalila (Techno), the then Neutral Queen's, soul. Spike (Kal) said that he didn't believe that Wales (Misty) wouldn't rape again, and said that his answer for him being allowed into Utopia was no. Rasa said that she was still undecided and said she was going to give Wales (Misty) another task. He had to speak to three angels that did not know who he was and ask them to forgive him for what he had done. Spike (Kal) agreed to the task. Thread.

When Lateralus (Ebon) returned after being stolen by Baelrune (Techno), Rasa was wrought with guilt. This was the second time Lat (Ebon) had been stolen, and she felt she had failed him terribly. She was starting to feel like all she did was fail at being Lady of Utopia, still struggling to recover from her own time in the Underworld. This was after Spike's (Kal) battle with Lethrblaka (Snowy) from the Underworld, a battle they had not previously discussed and she was not happy about. She went to Lateralus (Ebon) the moment she felt him enter back into Utopia, and the sight of him, collapsed and hurting, broke her heart. She apologized profusely to him. Lateralus (Ebon) told her that it wasn't her fault and not to say that, that it had been demons that had done this to him. But she could feel the anger radiating off of him, and it scared her. She didn't want her best friend to end up hating her. She continued to apologize, telling him that she had already lost so much in her life and she didn't want to lose him, too. Lat (Ebon) assured her that he would never leave her, that he cared deeply about her. Rasa, in turn, admitted that she, too, cared deeply for Lateralus (Ebon). When he wasn't around, it felt like her whole world was turned upside down. However, despite these admissions and the warmth she felt, Rasa began to realize something else as well - she hated herself. She believed herself to be nothing but a failure, unworthy of love. Despite these feelings, though, she accepted Lat's (Ebon) feelings and curled up on the ground with the healing angel, using her powers to help to heal him and sooth some of his pain. It was then that she told him, finally, that she was pregnant, a secret she had been keeping from everyone. Lateralus (Ebon) was so happy about her admission. Rasa, for what may have been the first time, felt true happiness in that moment. Thread.

After confessing her feelings for Lateralus (Ebon) and telling him that she was pregnant, Rasa began to distance herself from everyone. She was feeling lost, depressed, filled with a sorrow that even Utopia could not seem to remove. She avoided her angels, dwelling in the deepest parts of Utopia away from everyone. When her good friend and leader of one of the Virtues, Sacoorah (Zantalia), returned from being stolen by the Underworld and came asking for her Virtue position to remain, Rasa went to her. She told Saco (Zantalia) that, yes, of course she could still be a Virtue leader. She also told her of the news of Lateralus (Ebon) having also recently been returned from the Underworld and that Spike (Kal) was currently held captive there. Rasa met Saco's (Zantalia) son, Raziel (Zantalia), which made her think more about the developing baby inside of her womb. The conversation came to an end and Rasa left the mother-son pair, wandering off into the distance, wanting to be alone. She felt like nothing more than a failure. Thread.

During her time of seclusion and hiding, and shortly after her battle with Shaman (Chaosy) an angel named Red Lights Flash called out to her. Rasa went to her and discovered that the mare wished to be reborn. Rasa questioned her about it, not fully understanding why anyone would want to be reborn. Thread.
