Design TOS ---------------------
By purchasing/receiving a design made by me, you are accepting all and any rights to said design. I am not to use the design or artwork in any way, other than and example of my work and/or character design.
All of my designs must have a Toyhou.se profile. They must not be deleted If you do not have a Toyhou.se account, character can be transferred to my account and saved in a separate folder.
- Despite being on my profile, explicit warnings will be applied to the design profile, along with the current owner's social media (and any history before).
- If owner obtains a Toyhou.se account, character will promptly be transferred upon request
Credit for the design MUST be given to me. Failure to do so will add you onto a public blacklist, if you do not correct the mistake. You may not claim the design as your own under any circumstances.
Refrain from major design changes (I can make changes before I transfer the character to you).
Reselling Design ---------------------
Character is now under your control; I have no rights to the design other than credit. Resell/trade as you see fit.
Just try not to scam people, you know?
