Overview

Harley Colt is a rational person who loves finding out what makes thinks tick. Somewhat impersonal, they speak with a "better-than-you" attitude and aren't a fan of pointless small talk. They enjoy making improvements and streamlining systems, particularly if it lets them flex their expertise. Harley works as a freelance programmer, but likes working with all kinds of technology and mechanisms, including vehicles. They own a van that has been tricked out with various upgrades.

Harley is also an Officer rank Reaper in the NYC Repear's Game. Like other officers, their job is to manage and design the Game, dispatch Harriers, and keep tabs on both Players and Reapers.

Appearance

Harley has short, tousled brown hair and intense yellow eyes. They wear a pair of large round glasses. They have fair skin, an angry-looking resting expression, and are slightly bucktoothed. Harley has a somewhat boxy frame, and has built up a decent amount of muscle.

They wear a button-up Hawaiian shirt adorned with blue and pink flowers, as well as a pair of light khakis. They walk around in a pair of neutral flats, usually stained with grease or oil. They also wear a small set of golden earrings. Like all Reapers, Harley also has a pair of black, segmented wings sprouting from their back.

Abilities

Although they're a high ranking Reaper, Harley can't erase Players directly, and instead summons Noise like other Reapers. Should they find themself in a battle, Harley's glasses have been upgraded with defense systems, allowing them to shoot lazers, calculate attack patterns, and even shield Harley from attacks.

As an Officer, Harley can additionally transform into a powerful Noise, taking the form of an armadillo made of graffiti. Additionally, their wings are larger than other Reapers' and can become hidden at will.
